Aspiring contestants Must meet the following conditions in order to be eligible
- Ages 18 years and up
- Should be in China during the period August 2010.
- Must be a holder of a Foreign passport.
APPLICATIONS
- All entries for Miss Laowai China Pageant must be filled out on the form provided by Misslaowaichina.org
- Registration must be completed .

- Incomplete rigistration will not be accepted.
PHOTOGRAPHS
- All participants are required to provide a digital photo of the face for indentification purposes.
- Photographs may be used for pre and post publicity in electronic and other media.
- The pageant may be videotaped and/or photographed and these images may be used for promotional activities. Miss Laowai China will retain the right for using the photographs and taped materials and assigning such right as they see fit.
JUDGING
All participants will be judged using the following criteria:

Chinese Talent (30)
- Participant will perform by herself and can sing, dance, play an instrument, etc ( for maximum of 4 minutes)
2. Personality & National Outfit (20)
- Personality-partcipants introduces herself and includes all information e.g. from "Education and Accomplishments" ( within 2 minutes)
3. Evening Gown
- Participants walks in style in a long gown (Dress)
4. Question & Answer (20)
- Participants sponteneously answers some randomly selected question within 2 minutes
5. Posture, Composure, Presentation (eye contact, smile, etc) (10)
6. All decisions made by judges are final.
